Shipping & Returns

Processing Time & Waitlist

• The processing time varies depending on the item. Generally processing time is 1-2 days but some items may take up to 7-10 to process and ship. 

• Some items may be out of stock and waitlisted. The time it takes to get in waitlisted items varies, from a few days to 8 weeks. If there are any waitlisted items on your order, we will contact you. If you have any questions regarding the availability of an item, you can send us an email at


Domestic Shipping

• All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Shipping within the US typically take 2-5 days when shipped through UPS and 2-3 days when shipped through USPS.

• All orders are shipped with a tracking number. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

• Shipping will be at a flat rate of $3.99.

• Classic Indulgence provides free ground shipping on all orders over $50 within the US.

• Once your order has been shipped, we will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or late packages.

International Shipping

• All international orders will be shipped via USPS.

• Shipping will be at a flat rate of $20.00.

• We are not responsible for import duties, customs fees, and shipping delays due to international shipping. 

• Once your order has been shipped, we will not be responsible for lost, misplaced, or late packages.

 • We will accept returns on most of our items for a refund with the exception of sale items. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.

• To return an item, you must submit a return request within 3 days of receiving your item to Therefore, we suggest that you check your item upon receiving it to make sure you are happy with your purchase and that it is in perfect condition. Please include your order number and which item you would like to return. We will respond within 24 hours with a shipping label.

• Once your return is authorized, the merchandise must be returned and postmarked within 3 days of the authorization notice. The product must be returned to us carefully wrapped in unused and undamaged condition. Upon receipt of the package, the item will be refunded minus return shipping fee.

• We reserve the right to refuse any return that is postmarked later than 3 days or not in perfect resellable condition.

• We inspect our items prior to shipping to make sure that it is in perfect condition and pack it with great care. However, if the item is broken or damaged upon arrival, please send a request within 3 days for a replacement. We will then email you a shipping label to send back the defective product. Upon receipt of the defective item, we will send you a replacement of the same item. However, if you would like to return the defective item for a refund, the process will be the same as a regular return.
